Tickets Terms and Conditions

Welcome to CurlyTreats, a Nia Phoenix Ltd event. If you decide to attend any of our events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions, which together with our privacy policy govern Nia Phoenix Limited's relationship with you in relation to attending our events.

Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they are binding for all ticket purchases.

  1. By purchasing an Event ticket and/or attending the Event using a ticket (a “Ticket”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein.
  2. A valid Ticket entitles the holder to attend the Event on the relevant date and at the relevant times as stated on the Ticket.
  3. No exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances and tickets are not transferable.
  4. Some Ticket types have restricted availability or allow a maximum number of Tickets per purchaser. These restrictions are indicated in the Event information or during booking on Eventbrite. If you order Tickets in breach of these restrictions or in excess of the maximum allowed we reserve the right to cancel your order.
  5. It is the Ticket Holder’s responsibility to check his or her Tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified, and the Event Organisers shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen Tickets.
  6. Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained. E-tickets can be scanned from your mobile phone or mobile device.
  7. Tickets shall not be used as prizes in competitions without the prior written consent of the Event Organiser.
  8. The resale of tickets is prohibited. Nia Phoenix Ltd reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold.
  9. Latecomers cannot be admitted in the main stage until a suitable break during sessions
  10. You will not be allowed to bring any glass bottles of any kind into the Event. There are no exceptions.
  11. No animals are allowed at the Event, other than assistance dogs (such as guide dogs).
  12. Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
  13. All sound and moving or still picture rights including, without limitation, on the internet, vest exclusively with the Event Organisers and any material filmed or recorded at the Event may only be used for the personal, non-profit making enjoyment of amateurs. No full-length video recording is allowed during the main stage event and published.
  14. By entering the venue, Ticket Holders consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded as visitors attending the Event, and for their likeness, mannerisms and/or voice to be included in any content from such filming, photographs and/or recording (and edited) without compensation and/or credit, which content may be communicated and/or used in any and all media worldwide in all perpetuity.
  15. Tickets are sold subject to the Event Organiser’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond their control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange Tickets. It is the responsibility of the Ticket holder to ascertain the date, time and venue of any rearrangements of the Event.
  16. The Event/Venue Owner may use the ticket holder's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture. Copyrights are owned by the Event Organiser.
  17. The  Event Organiser/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
  18. Should the Event be cancelled the Ticket Holder shall be entitled to a full refund of the Ticket price but no refund will be given with respect to any other expenditure whatsoever. Ticket refunds shall be valid for up to one month after the cancelled Event.
  19. Should the Event be postponed no refund of the Ticket price or any additional expenditure shall be made to the Ticket Holder.
  20. The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
  21. The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
  22. Information is collected from those registering with Eventbrite in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.
  23. Purchasers of tickets who are under 18 years of age should seek parental consent before purchasing tickets/merchandises from our website or ticket site, Eventbrite. By transacting on our website or our Eventbrite page, purchaser certifies that purchaser is at least 18 years of age and understands and accepts these conditions of use.
  24. Children aged 12 and under shall be admitted free of charge, subject to being accompanied by an adult holding a Ticket, if the child looks older than 12, photo ID will be required,
  25. Children can only enter the Event with the person who purchased their Ticket i.e. their parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian. Any Child attempting to enter the Event without an adult will be denied entry to the Event. For safety reasons, any persons attempting to enter the Event with a Child that they are not the parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian for will be denied entry.
  26. Ticket holders can not conduct leafleting or place marketing materials anywhere inside or outside the event. Marketing materials place at the event e.g on tables, toilets, etc will be removed. Ticket holders who do not abide by our terms and conditions will be escorted off the premises. It’s essentials that all ticket holders are given a good experience at the event.
  27. Ticket holders who are abusive or display aggressive behaviour will be escorted off the premises.

  29. You are strongly recommended to consult with your physician or other health care professional before beginning any exercise program. This is particularly true if you (or your family) have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you have ever experienced chest pain when exercising or have experienced chest pain in the past month when not engaged in physical activity, smoke, have high cholesterol, are obese, or have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in physical activity. Do not take part in the dance fitness workshop if your physician or health care provider advises against it. You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the exercise. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately. I understand that there is a risk of injury associated with participating in the dance fitness workshop.I hereby assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses and damages that I incur while attending, exercising or participating in the dance fitness workshop. I hereby waive all claims against CurlyTreats and its instructors, or partners of individually or otherwise, for any and all injuries, claims or damages that I might incur.
  30. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and those bound by them hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in connection herewith.
  31. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
