Standard Shipments: 30-50 Business Days
Express Shipments: 15-30 Business Days
* Estimated time excludes clearance, custom delays or both. We're not responsible for delays due to the above.
Tracking Number
After dispatch, we will send you a tracking number to track your parcel to your delivery address, as well as update you with a more accurate delivery date.
Visit Track My Order to see the estimated delivery date and status for each of your ordered products.
Risk and ownership
You will be responsible for the products from the time we deliver the products to you at the stipulated delivery address. You will own a product once we have received payment in full for that product.
Lost or stolen packages We are not responsible for customers adding an incorrect address. We're not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the delivery address entered on an order by a customer. We will give the date of delivery, address, tracking number, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Missed delivery & redelivery Missed a delivery? If you're out and miss a delivery, they'll leave a card to tell you they tried to deliver your parcel. If you want to collect it from a local post office, wait at least 24 hours after you receive the card.
If you would like your parcel to be resent, delivery depends on your local post office polices about packages that are not delivered on the first attempt and do not get collected by you.
Inadequate or incorrect address Your local post office may fail to deliver your package if you provide an incomplete or wrong address. Your local post office may hold your package for a specific time frame.
If the package is not collected by the customer, your local post office
may destroy your package or be kind enough to return the package to our warehouse.
If a package is returned to the warehouse due to incomplete or incorrect address entered by the customer, a redelivery cost of £4.99 will be charged to the customer. Our free worldwide shipments option does not cover redelivery costs.
If your package is destroyed due to a non-collection, inadequate or incorrect address, and you want us to send another. The customer will be charged for the cost of the product as we will need to go through the entire process to dispatch a brand new brush.
