Refunds
If an item isn’t the perfect match, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging and the product must not be used. Please note, that you are responsible for the costs of returning items. Refunds will be given once the product reaches our warehouse.
Exchanges
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we can offer a replacement within 14 days of delivery.

Product name
Picture of the fault
Description of the fault
Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for customers adding an incorrect address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the delivery address entered on an order by a customer. We will give the date of delivery, address, tracking number, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
