Who can attend CURLYTREATS Festival 2025?
CURLYTREATS Festival is open to everyone - welcoming people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. Whether you're a curly hair enthusiast, a beauty lover, wellness advocate or simply curious to learn more about self-love and empowerment, you'll find something to enjoy.
If I can’t attend anymore, can I return my ticket or give it to someone else?
Tickets are non-refundable, but no worries—you can pass it on to a lucky friend! Just head to the Eventbrite page and follow the steps to transfer your ticket.
How do I find my tickets?
Super easy! Just log into the Eventbrite app or website, and your digital ticket will be right there waiting for you.
What if my ticket is lost?
No stress, it's impossible to lose your ticket! All tickets are digital and stored safely in your Eventbrite account. Simply log in and you're all set.
When do doors open and close?
Doors open at 10:00 AM and close at 6:00 PM, but if you’re a VIP, you get early access from 9:00 AM. Pro tip: arrive early to avoid queues and kickstart your CURLYTREATS experience!
Is there an age requirement to attend CURLYTREATS Festival?
CURLYTREATS welcomes all ages! However, if you’re under 13, you’ll need an adult (18+) to join you. Kids 5 and under? They’re free to enter, no ticket required. Don’t forget your ID if you’re planning to hit the bar.
Is re-entry allowed?
Once you're in, you’re in! Re-entry isn’t allowed, so make sure you’ve got everything you need before entering the venue.
Will there be photography and videography taking place at the venue?
Yes, and smile big! By attending CURLYTREATS, you’re giving us permission to capture your amazing self on camera, and we might use the footage in future media to showcase the festival's fun. By attending the event, you grant CURLYTREATS the right to videotape and photograph you and use your appearance in any and all media in perpetuity.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there’s parking available, but it does come with an hourly or daily fee—so plan ahead!
What can I bring to CURLYTREATS Festival?
You can bring one bag per person, but it will be searched at the door. Prams and pushchairs are welcome too. Here’s what you can’t bring: laptops and computers, sealed packages, outside food or drinks, alcohol, weapons (obviously), and a few other things like drones and laser pointers. Basically, if it’s dangerous or disruptive, leave it at home.
Will I get access to product samples at CURLYTREATS Festival?
Oh, yes! There will be plenty of opportunities to collect free samples from some of the brands out there.
I can no longer attend. Can I still receive brand samples?
Sorry, but you’ll need to be present at the festival to scoop up those samples!
How do I pick up my VIP goodie bag?
If you’ve scored a VIP ticket, head to the VIP Lounge to grab your goodie bag. Just flash your wristband, sign your name, and voila—you’ve got your goodies! We'll punch a hole in your wristband as proof of your VIP goodie bag receipt. Remember, you can pick it up any time during the event, but we recommend snagging it on your way out to avoid carrying it all day.
Important: VIP bags are not replaced if lost or stolen.
Can I be excluded from CURLYTREATS Festival on the day?
We want everyone to have an amazing time! But if someone’s causing trouble or not following the rules, we do reserve the right to ask them to leave. Let’s keep the good vibes rolling!
